INVESTMENT & INITIAL REQUIREMENTS

Initial Investment Range
  • Initial Investment range: $213,500-$561,220
  • Financial Requirements: $200,000 liquid UBS capital and the ability to finance (good credit, collateral, partner, etc.)
  • Initial Franchise Fee: $30,000
  • Grand Opening Assistance Fee: $3,500
  • Includes an initial term of 10 years, with an additional 10-year “Successor Term” under certain conditions
